What this website processes

If you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, company name (if provided) and message you send. The form opens your email application; the website itself does not transmit or store the form contents. Our hosting provider may process technical access data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer and browser type in server logs to deliver the website and maintain its security.

Local storage

The only local storage on this website is mbIntroSeen. It remembers that the intro has been seen and is used to skip it on repeat visits. It is not a cookie, is not sent to us, and remains on your device until you clear it. This website uses no analytics, advertising cookies, social plugins or third-party embeds.

Purposes and legal basis

We use contact details to answer your request. Where the GDPR applies, this is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering a contract). We use technical logs for the secure and reliable operation of the website; where the GDPR applies, this is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in security and availability). Under the Swiss FADP, we process data for the purposes described in this policy.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer the request and to meet legal retention obligations. Server logs are kept for a short period appropriate to security and troubleshooting.
